Recent developments at HCM Guilin Hongcheng Baoshan Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park have brought exciting news: A 20-ton single-draw two-electricfurnace has been successfully commissioned in the large-scale casting workshop. This milestone signifies that the Baoshan base now possesses the capability to produce 200-ton castings per unit, with plans to significantly boost overall casting capacity in the future. The enhanced casting capabilities not only strengthen the manufacturing foundation for HCM Hongcheng Mills but also ensure reliable long-term operation of the equipment.
At the casting site, molten iron in the electric furnace boiled vigorously, spewing clusters of sparks that resembled a starry sky, piercing the night and warming the hearts of all present. The official commissioning of the 20-ton single-draw two-electric-furnace unit has added a gem to Baoshan Foundry Base, significantly enhancing its capabilities in large-scale casting. 
Since its official inauguration last year, Hongcheng Baoshan Intelligent Equipment Base has steadily enhanced its production capabilities. The base has not only introduced multiple large-scale equipment including a 27-meterannealing furnace, 30-meter gantry milling machine, and 16-meter gantry grinder, but also expanded its technical and production teams. These efforts have achieved dual breakthroughs in casting capacity and machining capabilities, effectively shortening product delivery cycles and providing customers with more efficient and higher-quality services.
